Thabali.net respects the privacy of its visitors, registered members, Owners and residents and is committed to handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Thai law, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data may be collected, used, stored, disclosed and protected when you visit or use www.thabali.net.

1. About this website

Thabali.net is an independently operated community website maintained by an Owner of Thabali Condominium Juristic Person 2 (“JP2”).

The website is not currently operated by, or on behalf of:

• Thabali Condominium Juristic Person 1;

• Thabali Condominium Juristic Person 2;

• their respective Committees; or

• the Thabali Management Office.

 

The purpose of the website is to provide useful information relating to the Thabali community, its buildings, facilities, activities, documents and matters of interest to Owners and residents.

For personal data collected directly through thabali.net, the independent website operator is responsible for determining how and why that information is used, to the extent required under the PDPA.

Any change in the identity of the data controller or website operator will be reflected in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time to reflect:
