BUILDINGS & FACILITIES
A residential community built around a tropical garden
Thabali Condominium consists of four low-rise, five-storey residential buildings arranged around a spacious landscaped garden and central swimming pool.
The development comprises 144 residential units and was designed to provide a quiet residential environment while remaining conveniently located between Pattaya and Jomtien.
Although Thabali is legally organised through two separate Juristic Persons, Thabali 1 and Thabali 2, Owners and residents share a common residential environment and a number of facilities and services that contribute to the daily life of the community.
I would place very little else over the hero image.

1. The Residential Buildings
Thabali comprises four five-storey residential buildings positioned around the central garden and swimming pool.
The relatively low-rise design, together with the landscaped central area, gives the condominium a more open and residential character than many larger developments in Pattaya.

The four buildings form a single residential community, while their legal and administrative responsibilities are divided between Thabali's two Juristic Persons.

2. Tropical Garden
At the centre of Thabali is an extensive tropical garden that provides a green setting for the four residential buildings.
Mature trees, palms and landscaped areas create a quieter environment separated from the traffic and activity of Thappraya Road.

The garden is not simply a decorative feature of the condominium; it forms an important part of the shared living environment and gives the development much of its distinctive character.
Pictures: this would work beautifully with a large landscape photograph across the page. If you have three particularly good garden photographs, use one large image followed by two smaller detail images.
I would avoid displaying ten similar photographs. Three excellent photographs are much stronger than twelve average ones.

3. Swimming Pool
The central swimming pool is one of Thabali's principal shared recreational facilities and forms the focal point of the garden area.

Surrounded by tropical landscaping and residential buildings, the pool area provides Owners and residents with a communal space for swimming, relaxation and outdoor recreation.
Use of the swimming pool is governed by the condominium's Pool Rules, which are available in the Owners section of the website.

4. Management Office and Condominium Service
The Thabali Management Office provides day-to-day administrative support to Owners and residents and coordinates many of the services required for the operation of the condominium.
The Office assists with matters such as resident information, administrative procedures, work permits, condominium documentation and communication with Owners.

5. Common Facilities and Services
I would keep this deliberately broad because operational details can change.
COMMON FACILITIES & SERVICES
In addition to the residential buildings, garden and swimming pool, Thabali includes the common facilities and service areas necessary for the day-to-day operation of the condominium.
These include areas supporting property management, room cleaning, room maintenance, waste management, parking and access to the development.
The Management Office and maintenance staff are responsible for coordinating the regular operation and upkeep of these facilities in accordance with the responsibilities of Thabali 1 and Thabali 2.
