Pets are not allowed

Recently there was a case of a ground floor Resident (Tenant) that has been feeding cats on his balcony in the garden area for some months. Our Building Manager found that out because some other Residents, including the Owner of the apartment, were complaining of a bad smell that seemed was coming from animals excrement. The Resident feeding the cats was warned several times by the Building Manager but he did not listen so he was forced by the Office Staff to stop that practice.

Thabali House Rules forbid to have pets so the Office will always chase people breaking that rule.

The more Residents feed cats and dogs around the more animals will be attracted and obviously they will do their needs in the common Areas.

There are other cases of Residents feeding cats. The Cleaners and the Security Staff are well aware of that and they regularly report it to the Building Manager that is taking this problem very seriously. Shortly she will start taking action as the practice of having pets is increasing in Thabali Condo and some Residents already strongly complained.
