Covid-19 Update 1

Waiting for the Government to decide what stringent measures it will apply to the population in Thailand the Committee is asking you to comply with the following precautions:

1. Wear a mask when you use the lift as other Residents might share that tine space with you (at the moment this is almost not followed by anybody);

2. Keep a 2 mt. distance when you are at the pool or avoid the pool at all;

3. Do not invite guest at the pool or inside our Condo;

4. Wash your hands with soap before leaving your Unit;

5. Behave like you have already been affected by the virus and need to protect those around you. Do not endanger the others.

Furthermore:

6. It is forbidden to enter the Office (strictly necessary contacts will be managed through the Office window);

7. Avoid to go to the Office and avoid Cash Payments. Contact the Office using the email or the Office mobile nr. 062.571.0826;

8. Do not go to the Office unless strictly necessary;

9. If you need to sign documents or papers take a pen with you;

10. Only authorized persons can access the Office.
