The Daily Work Permit is a form that need to be filled in case a Vendor need to access a building to perform a job of minor entity in terms of time. As "minor entity" is defined based on time the job might impact the external part of the building (in terms of colors, design, materials used or technical solution) and so it must be approved by the Building Manager.
It is left to the sensitivity of the Owner to understand if the "small job" needs the Daily Work Permit form to be filled one or two days in advance, to inform the Building Manager and let her better understand what she need to discuss before the job starts, or if the Vendor can fill the Daily Work Permit form, on behalf behalf of the Owner, directly at the Guard House at Bld. 4 where the Admin Staff will inform the Office why the Vendor need to enter the building.
For very irrelevant jobs the Building Manager can pre-approve the job straight away at the Guard House without the Owner being physically involved.
