Feeding Cats and Dogs in Thabali Common Areas

Feeding cats and dogs in Thabali common areas will appeal the animals to return to the place where they were fed and, as an obvious consequence, they will attract new ones that might not even be welcomed by the old ones so the results might be noisy dogs and cats fighting, smell due to their excrement and an increase population of animals around our buildings.

Few days ago somebody throw a piece of meat on our main entrance road to feed a dog and leaving the meat there to rotten, as the the dog didn't like it. The Cleaners, in the morning, had to take care of it and clean the road. It is a hard job for the Office and the Security to run after people that randomly have very strange and inconsiderate behaviors.

Feeding pets and throwing waste in public areas is not even allowed by the Law.
