Cheating the Parking

This is funny!!! Two days ago, in the evening, there was one guy who arrived in one of the Thabali buildings with his bike and some bags. As he could not find a parking slot that he liked he decided to free a good one moving the bike belonging to a Resident to another place. So, he put down his bags in front of the building main door, he moved the other bike to a temporary place and made space for his own bike. He then parked his bike, properly parked the other one, collected his bags and went home. Unfortunately he was caught by our Security that was checking the CCTVs. Good job!!!!
