Two balconies cleaned from improper staff

After several attempts made by the Office to contact the Owner of one apartment in Bld. 1 they finally made it. after explaining that certain items are not allowed on balconies the Owner agreed to clean the balconies and to remove one AC compressor from the facade of the building inside the balcony.
