Security check at Thabali entrance.

All the Guests that comes to Thabali can enter the premises together with an Owner/Resident or, if alone, the Guests must leave an ID Card at the entry point communicating which Bld./Unit they are intended to visit. We had and still have cases when the Guest does not like our security protocol and force the entry bypassing our security check. That is not only disrespectful towards our people doing its job at the entry point but it is even a breach in our security. Let always know our Guests, when coming to visit, that we have certain protocols and rules to be followed. It is up to the Owners to inform the Guests upfront of our rules & protocols and the Owner/Resident is responsible of every wrongdoing done by the Guest.
In this particular case the Guest refused to leave his ID card at the entrance and forced his way in despite our Staff tried to stop him. That is not acceptable.
