Pigeons Problem

We still have a pigeons problem on the 6th floor and on the roofs. In the past years we tried to install spikes to keep pigeons away but we cannot install spikes on the roofs as we need to maintain them. We are now discussing with our pest control company what the can suggest as a way to get rid of the pigeons once and forever but that will not be an easy task.
