Chateau Dale 2 or Thabali Village 2?

We got to know that the land adjoining Chateau Dale on the north and west is to be developed into an apartment complex.

The existing lobby and restaurant area will be converted into apartments using the original structure of two floors. The existing bungalows and office will be re-developed also.

Work has commenced already. We understand that a number of trees will be removed as part of the development.

Expect noise and dust for quite a while!!!
