Balcony Rail 3 - continued

At a better close up the balcony rail that we posted before as "Balcony Rail 3" has shown to be in such a bad conditions to be considered extremely dangerous both for the people living in the apartment and for those at ground floor in case, due to heavy wind and rain, the balcony rail would collapse and fall down. The Committee is now thinking to make a balcony check mandatory for all the rooms in order to avoid accidents due to a poor maintenance of the balcony rail.
